Our Hatha Yoga classes are led by the talented Ellen McLoughlin, a certified Hatha Yoga instructor with a passion for nature, poetry, and dance. Trained by the Alchemy School of Yoga, Ellen brings her public health background to her yoga practice, offering an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
Ellen’s teaching blends breathwork, meditation, and mindful postures to help students of all levels connect with their bodies and find peace. Beginners are always welcome, and experienced practitioners will find plenty of challenges to keep growing in their practice.
