What’s Hyrox?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations. The format is 8 x 1km runs, each followed by a different exercise – ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, lunges and wall balls.
Simple format. Serious challenge.
