You can book our gym classes online through our website. Simply select the class you’re interested in from our schedule, choose an available time slot, and follow the prompts to secure your spot. Our booking system is user-friendly and accessible 24/7.

While membership offers the best value and benefits, non-members are welcome to attend classes on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can view our membership and class fee details on our website or contact us for more information.
