MEET ELLEN
Hatha Yoga
Ellen McLoughlin is certified Hatha Yoga instructor with a deep passion for nature, photography, poetry, and dance. Trained by the Alchemy School of Yoga and insured with Yoga Alliance, Ellen brings her unique background in public health and health promotion to her yoga practice. Her classes focus on helping students find confidence and stillness through breathwork, postures, and meditation. Ellen values integrity, play, community, and inclusion, and her sessions cater to all levels, offering variations to suit every individual.
Her teaching style is centred on guiding students out of their minds and into their bodies, using mantras, postures, and meditation to help them connect with their true essence.
MEET JADE
Yin Fusion Yoga / Yoga for Menopause
Jade Concannon is a certified Yin Fusion yoga teacher who weaves the healing practices of Yin, Slow Flow, Restorative, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Women’s Health into her classes. As a certified Yoga for Stages of Menopause instructor and member of Yoga Alliance Professionals, Jade is passionate about supporting women through life’s transitions.
With a heart-centred approach, Jade’s classes are designed to honour the transition from peri to post-menopause. She likes to go beyond just the asanas (poses) and explore breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and self-reflection (svadhyaya) to help students find balance and well-being through this life stage.
Her teaching philosophy centres on creating a safe, joyful, and inclusive environment, welcoming students of all levels. Jade believes in empowering women to reconnect with their bodies and embrace this transition with mindfulness and ease.
